The leak test device is a semi-automatic device with manual equipment, in which the test process runs automatically after pressing a drive button.

The workpiece is clamped airtight in the test station using pneumatic cylinders. After the test body has been filled with compressed air to positive pressure, the air flow is calmed. The resulting leakage flow is determined as a test criterion for the tightness of the workpiece.

The test parameters such as filling, settling and measuring times are variable and can be individually adjusted on the flow meter for each testing component.
